Holly Perry

I’ve been teaching English since 2016 when I completed my CELTA qualification, but my love for language started long before that, as I studied French and Italian at university.

My teaching journey started in Cagliari, Italy, where I spent three years working with both Young Learners and Adults. In 2019, I moved to Seoul, South Korea. I taught students aged 4-16 and expanded my skills with specialised training, including a YL qualification (TYLEC) and the Cambridge DELTA.

In September 2023, I joined ELC as the Senior Teacher for Young Learners, and I couldn’t be happier to be part of such a dedicated and passionate team. I love working with Young Learners; seeing their confidence grow as they develop their English skills is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

Outside the classroom, you’ll often find me lost in a good book, watching my latest favourite TV series, or exploring new places – whether that’s a hidden café in town or an entirely new city!
