Young Learners
ELC’s intensive Summer Intensive Courses for Young Learners are fun and productive! Our approach focuses on improving communication skills as well as language accuracy.
Timetable:
Monday – Friday 10.00 – 13.00; x15 hours per week
6 weeks over July and August
Choose how many weeks your child will study (1 – 6)
Course Content
We use the topics in a film to develop listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English and engage the children in a wide range of motivating activities including:
- Realistic role-plays
- Imaginative storytelling
- Fun language games to learn new vocabulary and grammar
- Improving writing by making their own mini books and posters
- Preparing and carrying out questionnaires
- Telling personal anecdotes
